 Joseph F. Saeli, Jr. is a graduate of Canisius College and the Boston University School of Law. He is the former Vice President of Human Resources and General Counsel of The Buffalo News, a Division of Warren Buffett’s company, Berkshire Hathaway, Inc.  In that position, Mr. Saeli was responsible for legal and human resource management for a daily newspaper with over one thousand employees. Mr. Saeli is a certified Federal Court Mediator in the Western District of New York.  He is the former Chair of the Labor and Employment Law Committee of the Bar Association of Erie County. Mr. Saeli is also active in the American Red Cross, the Rental Assistance Corporation, and the Pet Emergency Fund. He has been selected by his peers as one of the top attorneys in Western New York in Buffalo Business First's "Who's Who In Law", and has also been featured in the Upstate New York "Super Lawyers" publication. Mr. Saeli received a peer review rating of “AV” from Martindale Hubbell.  This is the highest rating for legal ability and ethical standards.

 Sarah E. Tollner, Esq. is a partner in the law firm of Saeli & Tollner, P.C. Ms. Tollner represents health care organizations, professional practices, government entities, and large and small employers in business, labor, and employment law matters. Ms. Tollner is a frequent speaker on a variety of employment law topics, and is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law, where she was the executive editor of the Journal of Affordable Housing and Community Development Law. Ms. Tollner received her M.S. Ed. from Canisius College, her B.A. from the State University of New York at Buffalo, and is a former high school English teacher. She is a member of the New York State Bar Association Labor and Employment Law Section Committee on Professional Responsibility, the Labor and Employment Law Section of the Bar Association of Erie County, the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York, and the Organization of Public Employer Negotiators. Ms. Tollner is a member of the Board of Directors of the Pet Emergency Fund and the YWCA of the Tonawanda’s.
